@Precejin I submitted a ticket yesterday for an issue and received 2 replies within 30 mins of my submission and reply to them.

your past posts all have the same theme...that support is slow. OK...it's slow. You can help speed things along by letting us know what the nature of your concern is. We can usually help get you righted long before customer support can. Give us some more info and we'll help.

@Precejin .   Perhaps the assistance you’re seeking can be found in this forum? What kind of assistance are you looking for? Customers in this forum can almost always help with general questions about connection , subscription, renewals, referrals etc.

They are busy.  There will be additional step to verify your identity which can tak another day. I usually provide my account number, phone number, last 4 digits of my credit card in my initial ticket to bypass this step. Good luck .
