Hi, I have really slow internet data

The agent refreshed my network told me to reset iPhone network settings. It’s way better but still kinda slow but lots better faster than before EDIT: It actually didn’t help. I get slown down internet data randomly that lasts for hours. Then like 20 minutes fast data speeds.

Ottawa area has some wireless issue yesterday

I already tried switch networks I am Gatineau/ottawa. I swear it slows down so much it takes like 5 minutes to load a page or app. And then it also says in safari that iPhone does not have a connection

In fact for regular use, 4G or LTE is as good as 5G, although there is a speed difference, it could be insignificant for daily use.  Try changing the network mode to 4G or LTE first and see if it is better

if it does not work any better, try 5G ON

and, any chance you are in Edmonton area? There is a wireless degradation alert there today

This is really frustrating. 5g network but took 7 minutes to be able to load public mobile website to write this. And more than 5 minutes for gmail app to load/refresh my emails…

I thought 5g and LTE was faster than loading google for 1 minute

2nd month at public mobile. Tried reset phone and network settings. iPhone 16 pro
