cant log in via app

i can log in through web but when i try via the app it loads for a second then brings me back to sign in page.

i can log in using the web, will try uninstalling app etc

Try uninstall the app first. Then clear browser cache of your default browser and reinstall the app

Also try login My Account using the browser
