I am getting very slow data speeds. fast.com shows ~1Mbps, and speedtest.net slightly below that.
I know that "3G speeds" should be 10 times faster.
With the *censored* Rogers outage, I was planning to use tethering for work, but it is impossible with these speeds!
What gives?

Slow data seems to be the norm with Public nowadays...☹️

That's true, many of my friends with Bell/Koodo/PM also notice the slowness today
HI @IrinaO because of Rogers national outage, today is really not a great day to test the speed

With the prices that the carriers are gouging Canadians(*) one would assume they have enough money to invest in infrastructure.

Manually select 3g instead of 4g or LTE....see if that might help and let us know.
