I ordered a Sims card and was supposed to receive it July 18th. How can I get a tracking number to find out were it is?

Members have indicated that it took up to 10 business days to 3 weeks arrive.
It would have been cheaper and faster if you ordered from Amazon for $4.99.

The 2 days shipping note when you ordered was about how long PM will fulfill the order, not when you will get it
But if you order around July 16th, you should received it late last week or early next week
But check with PM first before you go out and buy another one. Tell them you can't wait longer and push them to reimburse you if you buy another one elsewhere

There are no tracking number for ordering SIM cards directly from Public Mobile. You're basically at the mercy of Canada Post. You an either way for it or you can go buy one via the links below and Public Mobile will credit your account the cost of the SIM Card.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
