Hi it's been more than 6 weeks and I never received that simcard I paid with public mobile with a plan

see if there's a Mobile Klinik in your area as they usually have them available. If so, buy one and after you successfully activate your new account, message Customer Support and I;m confident they'll credit your account for the cost.

Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here, of course it is way over 3 weeks for you, but it could be due to Canada Post strike earlier
But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
