If I lose my phone and SIM card, is there a way to set a new phone up and not lose my phone number?

Your number is in your SIM.
If you lose your SIM or phone you would need new SIM and do SIM swap through your PM account.

If your email only sends a text to your number and no other option then you will need support. But you can do all of this yourself in the account if you can access your registered email account.

Yes there is.
Just buy a new phone.
Then buy a new sim card from a corporate Telus or Koodo store.
Then login into your account and do a sim card change.

@Tylerfarrell37 - your account and phone number is attached to the SIM card. But if you obtain a new SIM card at a Koodo/Telus store, or online with Public Mobile then you can do a SIM swap and everything will be switched over to the new SIM card.
