Bought a sim card and paid for it for my wife's phone. Its been more than 10 days? What do I do? Cancel through credit card?

Filing a dispute without first working with the merchant to resolve the situation would violate your credit card terms of service. Please work with Public Mobile to get the SIM card replaced. I have asked Public Mobile to contact you.

it can be 1 to 3 weeks, so you should get it later this week

Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here
But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
