If you expect PM to confirm ANYTHING - it will not happen particularly if you are asking through public forum. Only customers are here...
Check your account and see if your service has been renewed. If you manually added funds to your account - again - check your balance - funds available.

PM is self-serve model, so, you can confirm if the payment were made
Login My Account and check Payment History. If you see it there, then yes,it has been processed
unless you tell us that you don't have PM services now.

@Mariamhoosen Your post is a bit vague. In the app on your account there is a payment tab. Once you click it you will see "View Payment History". Is that what you are looking for? Perhaps today is renewal and you want to know if it went through? If your service is working all is good.
