Hello,

my sim is unregistered on my Samsung GALAXY FE.  MY ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE AND SUBSCRIBED BUT MY LINE ISNT CONNECTING TO THE TELUS NETWORK. PEASE REPROVISION OR REACTIVATE MY SIM.

I was abroad and came back.. all your suggestions failed and no clue what to do!

Hello @Nali1 

You can try going into your Network Settings and reset them. You can also take your SIM card out of the phone, try your SIM card in a different phone, restart the phone and that helps reprovision the SIM sometimes. If that works, take the SIM out and place into your phone.

is that a new activation or a new phone?

if it is a new phone, please check if the phone is blacklisted here

if the account is newly activated, then it should be just a sim card provisioning issue.  Easy fix for PM support and you just need to engage them by direct message.  Private message CS Agent at:
