Hello,
my sim is unregistered on my Samsung GALAXY FE. MY ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE AND SUBSCRIBED BUT MY LINE ISNT CONNECTING TO THE TELUS NETWORK. PEASE REPROVISION OR REACTIVATE MY SIM.

You can try going into your Network Settings and reset them. You can also take your SIM card out of the phone, try your SIM card in a different phone, restart the phone and that helps reprovision the SIM sometimes. If that works, take the SIM out and place into your phone.

is that a new activation or a new phone?
if it is a new phone, please check if the phone is blacklisted here
