Sim swapping

I bought a public mobile Sim from Amazon. I want to use it on my current public mobile phone number. Do I just edit it in or do I have to do anything else?

you need to login My Account and go to Profile page to update the new sim card number there.  

or you can also update the sim card number using Public mobile  app by going to  Account > Change Your Sim card

Please reboot phone once after you update your sim card number
