Sim number

U already have a sim and trying to make a switch to PM but the serial number on sim is 20 digits however I can only enter 19 in the app, any suggestions?

Are you using a Public Mobile SIM? 
Other SIMs have 20 digits. PM SIM have 19 digits.

@Raj20  Try using the camera icon on the app to read the back of the SIM card so it automatically inputs the number for you . That’s what I do make it’s much easier then trying to read off that small print of numbers
