I have set up automatic payments from my account. So why is my service interrupted now? I am having a notification that my subscription was not renewed.
I have tried to make a payment from the website but I am being told it cannot be done now, to try later. I need my phone for my work.

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
Since f your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers. Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:

@Wambo You can go to shoppers drug mart and buy payment voucher and load funds *611 to resume service right away
