Hi I got a new sim in order to activate an account but It says the SIM card is not valid and cs advised me to make. community post. pls help thanks

I canceled the order, I did order the remaining stock but canceled it since I found a better wholesale deal on eBay with over 100pcs.
They are now back on Amazon for $4.99.

yup, they just up the price not long. I was checking it earlier today, maybe 1pm , it was still $4.99. I wonder if the batch sold by Public Mobile is all sold out and now Amazon is pushing the batch from a 3rd party seller, so it is $8 instead. And yes, at least still Prime shipping eligible.

@Ayman22 if they confirm if was never used ,they will need to see if they can resolve the issue on the system. If not, then a new sim card is needed

it wasn't a chatbot, there was an option to speak to a live agent, and they told me to messaged the technical team through the community post forum, hence I am here. its a new sim out of the box. hope that makes sense! thanks should I ask for a reimburse? or can it be fixed as it has been never used before.

the chat was just a chatbot.
But message using the link, a live agent will reply via Community inbox. They can confirm if the card was ever used. If not, and if still does not work for new activation, ask agent to reimburse you a new one. Good Luck!

I did, from the back of the sim and the card itself which the sim came in with. it was directly from public they mailed the sim, it should be working I guess

how you reach out the CS agent?. was it via the chatbot or direct message?
if you have not done so, you might want to direct message CS agent, provide them the sim card number and have them to confirm why it got the error. Message them here:

try typing in the numbers from the card packaging that came with the SIM card.
If it was purchased from this site or from TELUS, Koodo, or Amazon, it should work.

hi its a completely new SIM card I just got, right out of the box. I entered the digits but its says invalid. reached out to cs and they said to make a community post. I got it through a friend who told me about public mobile and gave me the SIM card sealed new.
