In ordered sim on 31st march 2026 and paid for it .

i have not received sim yet .

there is no update on it

It can take up to 10 business days to arrive.  Usually via Canada post with no tracking.  

If more than 10 business days, then you can contact custoemr service agent. 

If you need SIM card right away, you could purchase in store (Telus, Koodo or Mobile Klinik stores).  Keep receipt and submit for CSA for credit to account. Or you could purchase via Amazon with prime shipping.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .but if it’s been more then 10 business  days reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community
