@Wilmastone2000    If you do have an official Koodo/Telus store nearby and want to pick up a PM SIM there, I'd suggest you first call ahead as not all stock PM SIMs.  You maybe able to receive one quicker from Amazon with Prime membership too or Canadian Cell Supplies.

is take from 5 to 10 days to get it,

after two week from your order if not got it send a private message to CS_Agent with your order #.

@Wilmastone2000 - it can take 10 working days. If over this time limit check in with CSA to let them know.
