Sim arrived damaged how do I get another sent to me? I was told I was getting an extra. Only 1 arrived

HI @Briyochim were you told about the Buy one get one free sim or you see it on your order?
I remember they have a brief period offering that. It should show on your order. But if it just show one sim card, then probably there was only one sim card and not buy one get one free
And how you know it was damaged? SIM card rarely have problem. Yes, it might be defective, but the chance is really low. If you have trouble activating, it might be a setup issue and not a faulty sim card
And how long it took them to send you a sim card? If it has been long and you don't want to wait for a replacement, better to ask them to allow you to buy one in store and they reimburse you the charge

Go buy one at a corporate Koodo or Telus store. Get the damaged one replaced and use it as a replacement if needed, or for a referral.

you need to to contact a customer service agent explain your problem ask for 2 new ones,if you don't have an account yet use 2nd option
