Hi. I have never had a problem with service since 2011. I recently transfer from legacy to a plan. Today i am seeing no sim card .I have a Sim card. Have not changed anything.. any one understand this?

I asked too fast lol. It wad a cache bug. I cleared cache and works. Thanks. Wow quivk reply. Still super happy with service 🙂 faster then going in store lol

Sounds like a bug, unless you missed a payment, and you will need moderator assistance. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7PM (ET).
If your phone has stopped working, try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
Hopefully they can fix it before leaving for the day.
