I got this card today and it's not working, it's says it's working but it's only emergency call only nothing will work calls or text done not work

are you an existing Public Mobile client with an existing account ? If so and you're just changing sims, here's the steps...log in to your account using the app; click on Account and scroll down to Change Your Sim Card. There, you can enter your new sim card number. Then remove old sim and install new sim...BOOM...you should be good to go

if this is for new activation, you need to download PM app and complete the activation using the app. The steps include entering the sim card number
but if you are existing customer just changed sim card, you have to login My account or use the app to update the sim card number
