Sim card

My Motorola phone died so moved my pm Sim to my other phone, a ZTE, but it keeps saying no Sim. It's in the tray properly and the chatr sim that was in there still works.

If your phone is older than 2 years and it was purchased from Chatr, it might still be locked to that carrier.

If you have a SIM other than Chatr, Fido & Rogers, you could try it out on your phone to see if it works. If that SIM does not work, contact Chatr to get your phone unlock code at no charge.

@Finman  try this manually select PM as your network . Set it to flight mode . Restart your phone and take it off flight mode .

If the phone is compatible and unlocked, try using the SIM slot that you know is working. Try switching out the chatr sim.

What is the model of ZTE phone? Maybe it is not supported by PM.
