What plan have you subscribed to? If you only have the basic plan, you need to have "add-on“ to use data.

@Cole41 , is talk and text working? If so, it is likely an APN settings problem. Check your APN settings using this help article. Check also the mobile data is on and that mobile data usage limits if set have not been reached.
