I haven't received my sim card and it has been also 3 weeks past date it should have arrived.

If you have an Amazon Prime account, you can order one there. Might be a bit faster. And if you already paid for one, don't worry as a CS Agent will gladly credit your account.
Just hang in there. The money you save here is well worth the wait.

It does take too long for public mobile to fulfill their SIM card orders by postal mail.
We would recommend that you purchase one at a Koodo or Telus corporate booth and then contact the customer support agents to seek a refund of the original one.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
