Have not received my sim card, tried to send a trouble ticket but it needed an invoive number which I don't have. Went on live chat and they said they coundn't help with online orders

You can message CS_agent in community as private message and provide your email which you used to order your sim

@Shoodie , How long ago did you place your order? It took over 3 weeks to receive my SIM Card from Public Mobile which is delivered through Canada Post! Some get theirs much faster.

If it has been over 10 business days please send a private message to CS_Agent for help. The chatbot/virtual assistant is broken sorry. 😔

It takes up to 3 weeks to receive a SIM card. If it's been more than 3 weeks, here's how you contact a CS Agent.
