I lost my Sim card so ordered a new one but can't swap to new one

logout and close all browser and clear cache / cookies / open inPrivate mode,from computer.

And are you doing this on a non-mobile browser? Or on your phone. The site just works better not on a phone. Go figure. A cell phone provider that has trouble with their mobile functions. Give it a try and see what happens.

I type my number in but when I click accept the number disappears and nothing happens

What are you seeing that you think you can't? Is it that when you type in the new number that it just doesn't go in? If so then try doing the function on a non-mobile browser like a laptop/desktop.
Or is it as the other user said, you can't seem to get there to do it?

@Isack you got the new card already?
you can login to My Account using only desktop and laptop (not mobile phone as it won't work), click quick link on top right and then select Change Sim card and follow the steps

@Isack - ensure you reactive or resume your services if you have not already done so. So, if you listed it lost/stolen, go back and resume/reactivate.
