All you need to do after is

1. Click "Contact Us"

2. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"

 

It will then go to another page, enter your Community credentials and follow from there.

@charles10    If you're having problems submitting a ticket via the chatbot, then you need to select the second option mentioned in your chosen solution of sending a private message Moderator_Team:  "or you can send a private message to Moderator Team  by Click HERE. "

 @charles10 : Did you go in to the chatbot? Did you type in sim card swap? Did you get to a ticket entry form? Did you log in with the your community credentials first? Then did you verify with your account credentials or maybe via PIN? Do you see the ticket having been submitted in your Sent folder in your private messages?

I am unable to swap my sim card.

to swap old SIM card,
