Same thing happened to me today..So I just made a self serve payment. But I lost that $2  credit for automatic payment. 

Because Credit card is a more binding contract. With all the legal ramifications. 

Can't submit a ticket. This is a nightmare. U used to be able to do it in self serve.I don't know what to do again. **bleep**! What's really happening? Gooness7
