Good afternoon, I am a new customer. When I was creating my new subscription I opted to have a Sim card delivered to my home address. It takes about 10 days to arrive. Can I purchase a Sim card from one of your local shops and somehow cancel the request for a Sim card to be delivered to my home address?. Also, how is the $10 referral credit going to be applied to my account: first bill?., second bill?, etc.. I did not see it in the bill when I created my new subscription.

You can contact a CS_Agent to arrange for a pickup of a SIM from your local Telus/Koodo/Monile Klinik store and apply a credit to your account when you purchase the SIM.
The $10 credit when you use a referral code within 72 hours/3 days.

Once you order SIM from PM it goes most likely to 3rd party to deliver it so most likely it will not be possible to cancel that order. PM has no time to track each order and handle cancellation or what not. Most likely it is already in the mail.
When you get ordered SIM keep it as spare (do NOT activate) or try to gift/sell to another customer.

@Ricardo9 SIM cards are no refundable , good to have spare one anywyas to give to friends or family to join and use your refferal code . Or keep incase you lose or damage yours . So just go buy one if you need service sooner . Also your one time refferal credit if $10 will be applied with in 72 hours after activation . If it’s been more then 3 days ask support to verify it was applied correct
