I paid for my sim card (I looked at my credit card account to validate the payment). And I didn't received it yet, nor got any confirmation e-mail. Its been 8 days now. Is this normal?

@JOPAILLE You might need to send a private message to Moderator,so they can look into it - include your name, address, etc. so they can look things up. From my understanding, SIM cards ordered from the website *should* arrive within a week or so.

I would suggest you wait a few more days. It is shipped through CP from Toronto. If you haven't received it after 10 business days then try contacting a moderator.

If I remember correctly from when I was thinking about ordering a SIM card online, it said the shipping time would be 1-2 weeks? I wasn't prepared to wait that long, so I just went to the store to buy mine.
Hopefully, since you've been waiting eight days already, you'll get it soon.
