Sim card not working

I am transfering my service form KOODO to Public, now Koodo's service is stopped but my public service is still not available. What should I do?

I bought the card on Saturday, November 30 and activeated it the same day.

@Hunter  click on the question mark on the right hand side of the page and start a conversation with Simon the chat bot and get to submit ticket.  The moderators will get back to you probably today to help you with the port!   Restart your phone also to see

Was your Koodo account open during the porting process ?

If your account was open then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

  • If you are transferring from a Koodo prepaid plan you will need to select a new number at activation, create a Community account, and then send a private message to our Moderator Team here to complete the transfer to Public Mobile.
