How do I get a get a new sim when I did not get the new sim to start the service even after 20+ business days ?

It should arrived by now. Members indicated it took up to 3 weeks but you can order one for $3 from Canadian Cell Supplies online. You can arrange for pickup if you are in Mississauga.

I say it's easier,  cheaper amd faster to get it from Amazon.  The $4.99 one works just as good as the more expensive one.

You will need to contact customer service agent. 

Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:

If that does not work, 

Send a private message to CSA through the following link :

However, it may take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you need SIM card sooner, you can purchase a SIM card at a corporate Koodo or Telus store for $10.  Keep your receipt and submit to CSA.  Often CSA will credit your account.  Amazon also offers prime shipping for $4.99.
