Must reactivate my sim card my Bill is paid up and for some reason my Canadian tire MasterCard billed me for $23.73 my regular payment on September 7, which is ok but on September 22, I was charged $67.80 why. If these problems are not resolved I will change cell phone service. Right now I have no service because my sim card is not provisioned and I was charged that extra 67.80

@Joanraczkowski Look through your payments in your self serve account for a clue.
Try calling 611. If you cannot your account may have been hijacked.
Also, check if the last 4 digits of your SIM match what is in your self serve account.
