I lost my sim card how can I report that and get another sim with the same number

I'm not sure you understand (or I'm not interpreting right). Click the Forgot your password? link just in the vicinity of the login for My Account. It should ask you for the email address (the one you used to sign up). It will ask you to answer your own security question. Then in a short period of time it should send you a reset password email.

If it works 🙂 It's been known to not work for some.

You might also want to try a different browser or clear cache/cookies or even incognito/privacy mode and then try again.

If forgot password isn't working for you, contact the moderator via private message, they should be able to help you to get back into your account.

I can get into the community but not my account it's just bringing me to my knees I'm so frustrated

Report your phone as lost/stolen which disables the SIM. Get a new SIM. Change SIM to it. "Find" your phone. Done.

I'm not certain about the actual order of the last two steps.

Purchase a new sim card and port the old number. As the lost sim card is still active, it shouldn't be an issue keeping your old number.  Additionally, when you port your old number the other sim won't be tied to a number anymore.
