Sim card locked.

My sons iPhone is showing that it needs some kind of SIM pin number as it is showing that the SIM is locked. My wife tried to get this fixed before with Public Mobile and the process to get the SIM unlocked is a nightmare and they did not follow through on sending us a new sim. So here we are again, still the same pin, still the same issue and no actual help from Public Mobile. 

So how does this locked sim issue get fixed? 

If we can't get this fixed then ill have to put him on a different cell company.

By default, the SIM card's PIN is 1234.  If your phone is asking for your SIM card's PIN and that default PIN of 1234 works, a Public Mobile customer support agent doesn't need to be contacted.

You need to contact a CS_Agent to get the PUK:
