I’ve bought new sim and it is not working in my Vivo mobile phone.

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

To Login Page

your number SIM card in your account.or need to put it new SIM #.

@Sukhwinde Are you an existing customer or new? If you are an existing customer, you need to change your old sim card to the new one from logging into your self-serve account. 
If you are new customer, did you activate the sim? Did you request to port in your number during activation? Did you get charged?

did you go to My Account and request Change sim card ?

If you have done that, try to reboot the phone once again
