Sim card error

Hi, I was having trouble login into my account that I believe has a sim card attached to it. I am unsure of what the username and the password is for login but I think the following 3 accounts are associated with the SIM # of which I will provide. 

 

I know that one of them is the account but when I am unsure. 

This is the SIM'S PIN number:

Ohh sorry I didn't know that. I did try that out but nothing yet came from it. Thank you for helping me out!

Hi how do you do that? Is there a phone number that I could call them instead?

You best bet is to contact a CS_Agent by DM directly by clicking on your avatar then Messages and address to CS_Agent.
