I ordered, new sim card more than 10 days still no updates. Received confirmation letter for the order but nothing after, even any update on despatch.

Send @CS_Agent a private message and ask. Give them the order number. They may be able to cancel the order or give you an update.

not liking tardiness
ordered 2 sims may 2nd..any chance to cancel and pick up at walmart
