Sim card didn't get delivered even after 10 days

I ordered, new sim card more than 10 days still no updates. Received confirmation letter for the order but nothing after, even any update on despatch.

Send @CS_Agent a private message and ask.  Give them the order number.  They may be able to cancel the order or give you an update.

ordered 2 sims may 2nd..any chance to cancel and pick up at walmart

EDIT: Based on some posts, some people here received their SIM cards without any dispatch updates. Just wait patiently!
