Sim card did never arrived

Hello I ordered a sim card in March. It never arrived.

I need the sim now.


I am unable to raise ticket as the "submit ticket button is not highlighted even after entering all the information required in the fields.

Help please!!!

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive , if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect
