I replaced the Sim card, but the phone still isn't working... what do I have to do?

You bought a physical SIM card or eSIM?
Its just a matter of inserting the new card in the phone and updating the new number to your online profile.
Was your phone working fine prior to the card being damaged? Did you verify that your account is paid and up to date?
What works, nothing?
Go through your phone settings and reset the Networks.

did you login to My Account and update the sim card number? Just go to My Account > Profile, click the pencil besides the sim car number and update it with the new sim card number. Then reboot the phone once and try
