I registered successfully through the activation process.
But my public Mobile SIM will not register on the network now.
It's been 3 hours and I inserted my old Kudo Sim and it still works.
Can someone please tell me what I should do now?

The issue has already been solved. Also, whether or not the customer has replied to the text from Koodo would not prevent the Public Mobile SIM card/device from registering on the network.

@andyHanmer what error message do you see? No SIM? SIM not provisioned? No Network?
if your phone works on Koodo before, it should work here. So, chances are that your sim card was not provisioned properly. It is an easy fix on PM side, you just need to get the ticket opened with them:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
