I tried to add-on USA talk and text and it did not work but my funds were subtracted from my balance. what should I do now?

I registered successfully through the activation process.But my public Mobile SIM will not register on the network now.It's been 3 hours and I inserted my old Kudo Sim and it still works.Can someone please tell me what I should do now?

I activated my sim earlier today and my phone still says registered with the network. I transferred my phone number from kudo how long does this usually take?
