Sim activation

Just activated sim and transferred my phone number but phone still isn't connected

During the port process, did you wait to get a text message from your previous carrier to give it permission to port?  with your old sim card (previous carrier) will ask you to reply to their text confirming your port.

after that, you can pop in your PM sim card.

@KariLars  if you are not connecting to PM at all and no service text call or data ., and already been charged . You may need support to re provision the sim for you .

eSIM or physical sim card?

Android or iPhone?

if Physical sim card, what model of phone you have? you have another phone to test the sim card?

if eSIM, check Sim Manager on Android or Settings > Cellular and check if a Public Mobile sim is there already.  Enable it or on iPhone, set it to Primary and  toggle on  "Turn on this line"

Try rebooting device and resetting network connections.

You can also try toggling airplane mode on/off.
