Hi, I activated PM sim. Them put it in phone. No signal. Set the APN setting. Got the signal. Also 4G data indication off & on (Like flickering - on for one second then off for several seconds.) If try to phone some number it does not dial. Try to text, text does not go through. Tried to call this new PM number from my other phone, no call go through.
Can any one help me? Please.

@nikki2000 did you ever use this phone on another Canadian provider? or you just got it ?
do you have another phone to test the PM sim card ?
Any error on the phone status bar? SIM not provisioned? NO SIM ? NO Network?
If the sim card does not work on another phone, too, it is very likely your PM sim card was not provisioned properly It is an easy fix on PM side, you just need to open ticket with PM Support:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@nikki2000 , it seems like you have an unstable connection. Are you in a rural setting where the local tower might be far away? If this is a city setting, I am wondering if there is an issue with the phone. The fact that you are getting a 4G indication would suggest there is nothing wrong with the activation.

Did all you mentioned above. Tried in another phone, which already using PM sim and that is working fine. When I insert this newly activated sim, not working

Can you try rebooting, resetting network settings or reinstalling SIM card.
Is your phone unlocked? Have you tried your sim in another unlocked phone?
