Hello, I activated my SIM today and at the last step it said there was an error. The instructions said start over. I tried that and then the SIM said it was invalid.
After about 30mins I decided to just test the sim in a phone anyway and the sim worked. Calls, text , etc.
When the sim went in it said I would get an email shortly. I have not gotten an email and also the email and password I setup will not allow me to login into the go public my account section.
Thoughts, sim is working, Credit card seems to have been accepted but can't access my account.

Although @will13am may very well be correct in saying that a moderator is needed due to the error that you encountered, I would try registering for a self serve account at: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
