Hi,

How can I activate my SIM card and make the autopayment to start using the service?

To activate your new PM SIM just click on Activate Online then Get Started. 
You can port your old number over to PM or get a new number. When you get to page 4, you can click on AutoPay.

BTW, if you have a referral code from any PM members. You will get a $10 discount on your second month’s bill. 😉

Along with the advice already provided.....

1. Your new pm sim card is in hand.
2. You have registered your email for the free third month promotion.
3. Pen and paper to write down your email, password, 4 digit pin #. security question and answer.
4. Your friends referral code to recieve the $10 bonus referral credit.
5. If porting in your phone number your current providers account #.
6. You have cleared your browser, rebooted your device, opened one tab only in secret/incognito mode using firefox, chrome or safari.
7. Have your payment cards billing address for you to copy from.
8. Have a refreshing beverage to quench your thirst if you get nervous or frustrated.

If so we can help you along if you encounter any issues while activating. If you are porting in a number be sure to leave your old sim card in your phone so you can respond YES to the porting authorization text within 90 minutes of recieving it.

1. get a Public Mobile SIM card
2. sign up for any promotions showing under the Announcement section
3. if porting from another provider, get your Account Number for the porting information during the activation
4. if wanting Auto-pay, have your payment card ready to add during the activation
5. get a referral code from a current customer to save $10 on your 2nd bill
6. when you're ready to spend 10-15 minutes, click Activate on top of page and get going.

@maryphilomina To enable AutoPay, make sure to turn on AutoPay when you get to the payment step during activation.
