For sim card PUK, open a ticket with PM Support using this direct link: https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/Oyn1L6
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@Mcgivener79 Did you change the default PM SIM? If not try 1234.
Otherwise, you'll need to contact support to unlock the SIM by submitting a ticket via chatbot here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/get-help
