Are you having a problem with activating a new SIM card?
If you're swapping SIM cards from another one that is active with Public Mobile, follow the instructions that @softech provided.
If you have a new SIM card where you want to activate a new account, then you can access it via: https://activate.publicmobile.ca/ A few things to note:
- Easiest to activate with a Public Mobile phone number (first), even if you want to port over an existing service/number
- Porting/transferring an existing number can be complicated - keep the old service active (ie. do not cancel it)
- Each email account can only support 1 Public Mobile account... if you have an account already associated with your email address, you'll need to use a different email address for a new account
- Look for activation promos for extra ___ (usually bonus data) to get the most out of your new service
- Use a referral from a friend/family member (or an existing account you have) to get $10 credit on activation, and the referrer will get $1/mo... we're all users here with referral codes but always best to help out a friend/family member
