Hello,
Would there be any phone call # to reach Public Mobile, I have not received my sim card, this is for my dad's account. When I try to open a ticket, I have a error message. When I select Sim card in the options when chating with chatbox and select sim card as an option, the response is: We are sorry hat you have not found the option for you, there is a bug or something.
thanks for your help, my Dad is 82 and needing that phone (Sim card) ASAP.

Already mentioned to PM last week about the delays in SIM shipping. Also, the confusion about the 2 days shipping (ie. to start shipping).
Not sure how much traction that will get though..... 😀

The link is in two of the posts already.
When did your dad order the SIM card? Officially, it takes about up to 10 business days to arrive. If less than 10 business days, there is no point contacting customer service agent. If you want the quickest delivery, Amazon does offer Prime shipping and cheaper at $5 per SIM card. You can also visit a Telus or Koodo corporate store to pick up a SIM card for $10.

You can go to your local Telus/Koodo store and pick one up if you are in a rush.
If you order online from PM, it will take from 10 business days to 3 weeks to arrive.
Keep the one that arrives as a spare, give it away or sell it.

Thanks #hairbag1, could you please send me the link please?

SIM cards are a bit slow in delivery and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. I’m not sure when you first ordered it but check back in 3 weeks and if it hasn’t arrived by then, than you can contact a Public Mobile CS agent and speak to them about how you can fix the problem.
