Can you please reprovison my SIM card, it is not working and says I need to provision SIM card.

Do you have another cellphone around? If so, shut down that other cellphone, insert the PM SIM card and start the phone up. That usually reprovions it. I had that problem with some Samsung phones a while back. Just stuck it in the other phone and BINGO! Then if you get service, you just turn off your phone, put it back in and start it up again.

@Burg If you have physical SIM card you can first try it in another phone which can force the simcard to reprovision itself . Otherwise you need support to help with that

you need PM to help to reprovision the sim. Open ticket.
