I'm a new costumer. I'm trying to activate the SIM card. when I log in the system is sending a 6 digit code to the new SIM car which is not activated yet. I don't know what is going wrong. The SIM card is shows an X on it on the phone's screen.
I can't confirm my identity because I don't receive the code on the new SIM.
can I receive the code on another phone number?

you need to ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
